Another major problem will be sleep apnea, in which a person stops breathing during the night and tend to snore quite a bit. Sleep apnea is a cause of daytime sleepiness and may also cause heart failure. Weight loss will help improve the sleep apnea condition.
One of the most common disorders attributed to obesity is a joint disorder called osteoarthritis. This illness may affect the knees and hips of an individual. The weight places added pressure on your joints and wears away the tissue that cushions your joints.
