In order to lose weight you need high energy levels. You need to eat food that will provide you with high energy. Instead of eating fast gratification foods like breads, potato chips, chocolate, hamburgers, French fires, canned food, etc. you need to eat the foods high in vitamins and minerals. Green foods such as salad, spinach, celery, peppers, cucumbers, broccoli, and fruits such as apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, lemons, melons and any other vegetable and fruit you can eat. Instead of white bread and white flour, choose whole wheat and instead or hamburger choose fish. Make the choice to eat food for energy and wellbeing, not to just fill you up.
